Everyone knows when it comes to... nevermind.
We found a house we loved. Then we discovered it was already under contract and some shady real estate agent had not updated the listing to reflect that yet. So we went out looking again. And again. And again. FINALLY we found another house we adore. We put in an offer and it's been accepted! Now begins our option period where we have to make sure it passes inspection and that our financing is all set up. Both are equally daunting.
Work continutes to be a source of amusement, frustration and joy. Interesting things happening all the time and I'm still happy to be a nurse!
